Business Law Associate – Full Time
Moodys Private Client Law is growing and is looking for a solicitor with between 4-10 years’ experience in the following areas to join its Business Law group:
- Securities Law
- Lending and Financing
- Corporate Commercial
- Mergers and Acquisitions
Applicants should have experience in public and private equity financings, debt financings, corporate commercial transactions, and merger & acquisition transactions.
